TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing nareshinteriors.com or engaging the services of Naresh Interiors, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services

Naresh Interiors provides interior design, painting, tiling, wood polishing, custom furniture, and related services. All services are subject to a separate project agreement or quotation document that will be provided to you prior to commencement of work. These Terms and Conditions govern the general relationship between Naresh Interiors and clients.

3. Consultations & Quotations

• Initial consultations and site visits are provided free of charge.
• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Quotations are estimates based on the scope discussed and are subject to change if the scope is modified.
• Acceptance of a quotation constitutes agreement to the scope and price outlined therein.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total project value is required before commencement of work.
• Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments may be structured at agreed milestones as outlined in the project agreement.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and handover, prior to final walkthrough sign-off.
• Accepted Modes: NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or cash (for amounts within applicable legal limits).
• Late Payments: Naresh Interiors reserves the right to pause work on projects with outstanding overdue payments exceeding 7 days.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines are provided in good faith based on scope and current workload. Naresh Interiors will make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, timelines may be affected by:

• Changes to the project scope requested by the client
• Delays in client decision-making (material selection, design approvals)
• Material supply chain disruptions
• Unforeseen site conditions or civil work requirements
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, etc.)

We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and provide revised timelines.

6. Changes & Variations

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be submitted in writing. Naresh Interiors will provide a variation order with the revised cost and timeline impact before proceeding. Verbal scope changes are not binding on Naresh Interiors.

7. Warranty & Defects

• Naresh Interiors provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on all completed work from the date of handover.
• This warranty covers defects arising from poor workmanship, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, external factors, or normal wear and tear.
• Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms and will be passed on to the client.
• Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide clear and timely access to the site during agreed working hours
• Make decisions on materials and design approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure the site is in a suitable condition for work to begin
• Not interfere with or modify work in progress without prior written consent
• Make payments as per agreed terms

9. Cancellation & Termination

• Either party may terminate the project agreement with 14 days' written notice.
• If the client cancels after commencement of work, payment is due for all work completed to date plus reasonable material and mobilization costs incurred.
• The initial advance payment is non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
• Naresh Interiors reserves the right to terminate services in cases of persistent non-payment or site conditions that are unsafe for our team.

10. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, 3D renders, and creative work produced by Naresh Interiors remain the intellectual property of Naresh Interiors until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the specific project.

11. Photography & Portfolio Use

Naresh Interiors reserves the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. Clients who wish to opt out of photography must notify us in writing before project completion. We will always respect client privacy and will not photograph personal belongings or identifiable individuals without consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Naresh Interiors' liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any project or use of our website.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English or Tamil.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
